Terms of Service

Effective: June 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Land a Job (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Questions: help@landajob.ceo.

1. The Service

Land a Job helps you automate parts of your job search, including submitting applications and follow-up communications you authorize. The exact features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

1a. Acting on your behalf

By using auto-apply and outreach features, you authorize Land a Job to act as your agent for the limited purposes of: (a) completing and submitting job applications to employers you select, using the information, documents, and answers you have provided or approved; (b) sending outreach messages you have reviewed, from our sending domain or, once connected, from your own email account; and (c) scheduling pre-approved follow-up messages until you stop them or a reply is received. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your profile, resume, answers (including any optional self-identification answers), and outreach content — what we submit is what you provided. You can stop any scheduled sending at any time from the dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must provide accurate information about yourself and your professional background. You must not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your qualifications.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@landajob.ceo if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or fabricated information through the Service.
  • Use the Service for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service on behalf of another person without their authorization.
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing intervals, and included usage are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access to the Service until that date.

Refunds: all subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, missed sessions, or for any reason after a payment has been charged. If you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Add-ons & credits: optional add-ons (such as additional contact searches or phone-number unlocks) may be offered as recurring subscription add-ons or one-time credit packs. Monthly add-on allowances reset each billing cycle and unused monthly allowance does not roll over; one-time credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-refundable except where stated (e.g. a phone-number credit is automatically returned when no number can be found).

Founding pricing: the founding-member rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled and later restarted, your new rate will be the then-current public price.

6. Usage limits

To protect deliverability, account integrity, and the Service's reputation, we apply usage limits to certain actions. We may adjust these limits over time. We will not exceed reasonable rate-limits even on request.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or any specific job. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's code, designs, and content are owned by Land a Job. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Service for you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data losses caused by third parties, but will work in good faith to resolve issues that affect you.

10. Disclaimers + limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAND A JOB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Land a Job for claims arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms — including but not limited to false statements in materials you submit.

12. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts for material violation of these Terms. On termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
